Grotesque are a four piece death metal band from Perth Australia. They combine a special blend of modern technical death metal, groovy old school riffing and bring a unique original sound into the mix. If you are a fan of decrepit birth, deeds of flesh and dying fetus you will not be disappointed!

The band formed in 2004 with the intention of creating a brutal array of modern death metal.

Since its inception, the band has had many noteworthy achievements. Grotesque have played alongside great bands such as: Psycroptic, Nile, Dismember, Cannibal Corpse, Decapitated, Carcass, Suffocation, a national support slot with Kataklysm and their own headlining Indonesian tour.

Their first album, entitled "Museum of Human Disease" was released in 2007, followed by a 3 song demo in mid-2010 which showed a massive improvement and an unquenchable thirst for live shows, quality and brutality.

After a hiatus, the band came together with a new vocalist and bass player to record a second full length album in 2017 which is the most merciless and unrelenting production from Grotesque yet.

Grotesque from Perth, Western Australia have proven themselves as a dedicated and focused force – driven to deliver the most intense and brutal live performance and recordings possible.
